You've got a new website, can I still price items and pay my account?

The answer to both is yes. Sign in using the 'Sign in' button, and you'll be redirected to the appropriate pages.

What kind of account do I need when signing up?

In short: if you are a sign maker - or your business / industry involves signage production - you should apply for a Sign Trade account. This request will be manually reviewed by us. If accepted then you will be sent a log in link and you can complete your sign up process. You will then see on site, and receive over the phone, trade (lower) prices.

If you are not a sign producing business then signing up with a Business account is the correct move, enabling you to shop with us.

I've submitted for a Sign Trade account. What happens now?

Your request will be manually reviewed by us. We may require more information from you so be sure your contact details are correct. If you have any questions about this process you can email or call us and we'll be happy to help.

How can I login?

Click the 'Account' button and enter your email address and password as you normally would.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click the 'forgotten password' button on the login page and follow the on screen instructions.

How can I place an order?

Simply fill your basket from our Component Shop, build a sign in Sign Builder or fill out a quick enquiry form on the Sign Systems pages. And if none of those options take your fancy you can always give us a call or send an email with the details. We'll be happy to help either way!

Question 7

Have your prices increased?

Accepted Answer

Our prices are regularly reviewed, but tend to remain static and are unlikely to swing significantly. If you've noticed a large jump it may simply be that you are not signed in. Always ensure you are signed in to see our lowest prices!

Question 8

I'm a trade account customer, how can I pay my account?

Accepted Answer

You can pay your account online by logging in, or by sending us a BACS or CHAPS payment. The details will be on the bottom of your order confirmation and invoice.

Question 9

Can I have my goods delivered to a third party address?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. At the time of order let us know where you'd like it to go and we'll plain wrap it for delivery to the third party address.

Question 10

How can I view signs with Augmented Reality?

Accepted Answer

Any sign product we have available in our Sign Builder is viewable in AR using the 'View in AR' button on the bottom left of the screen. Mobile users will have their camera app opened and a 3D model of their sign system ready to be 'placed' in the environment. Desktop users will be prompted to input an email address; opening the link from the email sent will function as above. Photographs can now be taken with your sign in the environment.
